Gearhead? Try Austin’s New Gearspace
Creators of Gearspace don’t want you to call it a man cave or a garage condo. They say it’s more than that.
Soon to be located between Austin and Dripping Springs, it’s a hybrid between the new micro flex/industrial spaces being marketed and a self storage unit. Gearspace is a flexible space that users own and can customize to meet their needs. Starting at nearly 1,600 square feet, all units include a 14’x14’ garage door with windows, a second story interior mezzanine, water and sewer plumbing, lighting, and air conditioning and heating.
